Abstract

Keywords:

Dear Readers,

The COVID-19 pandemic and its implications on healthcare remain a relevant topic. We offer you three articles addressing different aspects of this issue in various parts of the world, namely Middle East and North Africa (MENA), Syria, and Poland.

Kontogiannis et al. wrote an excellent article on costs of treatment and quality of life of patients with spinał muscular atrophy (SMA) treated in Greece.

We also recommend reading other articles we published in this issue, such as interesting work by Milska-Musa et al. concerning transition from pediatric to adult healthcare of patients with rare diseases.

On behalf of the Editorial Office and the entire JHPOR team, we wish you a happy and prosperous New Year.
