ARTICLE REVIEW RULES

Submitted articles are evaluated as to whether they present new insights into the announced topic and are likely to contribute to progress in research or to changes in clinical practice. Received articles are initially examined by the Board of Editors. The articles which do not comply with the basic standards of scientific publication are rejected. The articles which are either incomplete or not prepared according to the rules below will be sent back to the authors without any scientific review. The accepted articles are registered and submitted for an independent review. The reviews will be forwarded to the authors who are requested to respond to them within the period of two weeks. The authors are encouraged to suggest possible reviewers however the final selection is performed by the Editorial Board. The article is accepted for publication on the basis of the positive double-blind opinion of the reviewers. Our journal uses double-blind review process, which means that both the reviewer and the author are anonymous.

COMPLAINTS PROCESS

Authors can contact for complaints on the following address: office@jhpor.com
